Trained under Gary Rom Hairdressing and named Dux Scholar of the Year, Andreas holds an international qualification alongside three national trade tests — Ladies Caucasian Hair, Gents Barbering, and Afro-Textured Hair. He is an officially registered NAMB Assessor and Moderator, dedicated to raising the bar for South African hairdressing education. Almost 16 years training learners to national standard.

Owner of Will Hairdressing for more than 22 years and holder of a BA(Ed) degree, Will brings a rare blend of educational and commercial insight. He has chaired the Education Committee of the National Bargaining Council for Hairdressing, Cosmetology and Beauty, and served as President of the EOHCB.

The full trade qualification spans roughly 36 months: 18 months of intensive institutional learning and practical modules, followed by a minimum of 18 months of structured workplace experience before writing your national Trade Test (EISA).
Applicants should ideally hold a Grade 11 National Report of Completion. To confirm you have the dexterity and practical aptitude, HAH may conduct a brief hands-on evaluation before acceptance.
